At ACRRS we take great pride in providing top-notch AC refrigerator repair services to our valued customers. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued. Eligibility for Refunds: Service Failure: Refunds will be considered if our technicians are unable to fix the reported issue with your AC refrigerator during the scheduled service appointment. Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our repair service, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the service completion to initiate a refund request. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team via phone or email within the specified time frames mentioned above.   Refund requests must include the following information: – Your full name and contact information – Invoice number – Date of service – Reason for the refund request – Any supporting documentation or images, if applicable Refund Processing: Our customer support team will review your refund request and may request additional information to assess the situation adequately. Once the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refund Amount: Service Failure: If our technicians are unable to repair the reported issue, you will be eligible for a full refund of the service fee. Dissatisfaction: In case of service dissatisfaction, the refund amount will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the severity of the issue, the efforts made to resolve it, and the overall customer experience. Non-Refundable Circumstances: Diagnostic Fee: The diagnostic fee, if charged separately, is non-refundable as it covers the cost of evaluating the problem and providing expert advice on the repair. Customer-Induced Damage: Refunds will not be issued if the reported issue is caused by customer-induced damage after our technicians have completed the repair. No Show: If our technicians arrive at the scheduled appointment time, but you are not present or fail to provide access to the appliance, a refund will not be issued. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before the appointed time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Amendments: ACRRS reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
